Mustang Roofing With No Surprise Add-Ons on the Final Bill

We handle roof replacement, roof repair, inspections, storm damage repair and gutters for homeowners in Mustang, Yukon and Tuttle. Before we start, you get the scope and the price on paper. If we find something new once the old roof is off, we stop and show you before anything changes.

How a Roof Job Runs

Here is what happens from the first call to the last nail sweep.

  1. 1

You call and tell us what's going on

We ask a few questions about your roof, its age and what you've noticed. Then we set a time to come out.

  2. 2

    We look and take photos

We climb up, check the attic when we can get in, and shoot pictures as we go. Then we sit down and go through them with you, so you're looking at the same roof we were.

  3. 3

You get the scope on paper

We lay out what needs doing, line by line, with the price. Take your time with it. Ask us anything.

  4. 4

    Work day

We protect your yard, pull the permit if one is needed, and do the work. If we find a surprise under the shingles, we stop and talk to you first.

  5. 5

    Cleanup and walk-through

We haul off the old material, sweep for nails and walk the job with you so you know what was done.

Roofing Services for Your Home

We work under an Oklahoma CIB roofing license, and we stick to roofs and the gutters that hang off them. That covers roof replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutter work. Each job starts the same way: we look, we take photos, and we write down what we plan to do and why. You can read it at your kitchen table before you decide anything.

    Roof Replacement

Full tear-off roof replacement with decking, flashing and vents covered, and every cost listed on paper before we start.

  • Roofer in a harness kneeling on a brown shingle roof of a brick ranch home, repairing shingles near a vent pipe, with an aluminum ladder against the eave

    Roof Repair

Leaks, lifted shingles and failed flashing fixed at the source, with the scope and price on paper before any work begins.

  • Roof Inspections

A full look at your roof, attic and gutters, with photos and a written report of what is sound, what is worn and what can wait.

  • Storm Damage Repair

Hail and wind damage found, photographed and written up line by line, so you know the scope before any repair starts.

  • Gutters

New one-piece gutters, downspouts and gutter repairs, sized to your roof and priced in writing so you know the full cost before we hang a single section.

About Our Company

We're a roofing company working in Mustang and the towns around it. We do roofs and gutters, and that's it. Keeping our work narrow means we know it well.

We started spelling everything out up front because we heard the same story too many times. A homeowner agreed to one price and got handed a bigger one at the end. On our jobs, you read the scope before we start, and the bill matches it. If you want to know more about how we work, the About page has more.

Why Homeowners Call Us

Most roofing complaints come down to one thing. The bill at the end didn't match the talk at the start. We set up our whole process to keep that from happening.

Licensed for roofing in Oklahoma

We hold an Oklahoma CIB roofing license. That license backs the roofing work we do on your home, and we're glad to go over it before you hire us.

The scope is on paper first

Your estimate lists the tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, vents, shingles and cleanup as separate lines. If it isn't on the page, it isn't part of the price.

Changes get your OK

Sometimes we pull shingles and find soft decking. When that happens we stop, show you photos, and point to the per-sheet cost already listed on your estimate. Nothing gets added without your say.

Repair when repair makes sense

A few lifted shingles or a cracked pipe boot doesn't need a new roof. We'll tell you plainly if a repair will hold, and when it won't, we'll show you why.

We leave the place tidy

Tarps go down over beds and patios. We run a magnet over the yard and driveway for nails at the end of each day, not just the last one.

Areas We Serve

We're based in Mustang and work across the area around it. That includes Yukon, Tuttle, El Reno, Bethany, Warr Acres and The Village, plus Newcastle, Moore, Blanchard and Del City to the south and east.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

My roof has some age on it. Do I repair it or get a new one?

It comes down to how old the roof is and how widespread the damage is. A single problem area, like a few shingles blown off or a cracked pipe boot, is normally a repair. When shingles snap when bent, grit piles up in the gutters and leaks show in more than one room, replacing usually gets you more for your money. We'll go through the photos with you and tell you what we'd do and why.

Can the price go up after work begins?

Only if you agree. The written scope is your price. The decking under the old shingles is the one thing we can't see in advance, so we list a per-sheet cost ahead of time. If any wood is bad, we stop, show it to you, and replace only what you sign off on.

Will you help with a hail or wind insurance claim?

We can check the roof, take photos of the damage and write down what we find, and we can explain how claims typically go. We're not the adjuster and we don't decide coverage, but our notes and photos give you something solid to bring to your insurer. There's more on our Storm Damage Repair page.

Do you handle permits?

Yes, whenever the job calls for one. The fee is its own line on your estimate, so you see it from the start.

Do I have to be there during the work?

Mostly no. We'd like to meet you at the start to review the plan and at the end to walk the job. While we work, keep vehicles off the driveway and pets indoors, because old shingles and nails come off the roof quickly.

How many days does a new roof take?

Once we start, most houses take one or two days. Large or steep roofs, extra layers or a lot of rotten decking can add time. Weather also drives the schedule, and we won't strip a roof when rain or strong wind is coming.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, our work comes with a lifetime warranty. What it covers varies by job, so ask us to go over the terms for your roof when we review your estimate.

Do you work on gutters as well?

Yes. We put in and fix gutters and downspouts, and we check them on every roof job. Gutters that sag or spill over can send water behind the fascia, so it makes sense to handle them together. Our Gutters page has the details.

What Drives the Cost of a Roof Job

No two roofs price out the same. Here is what actually moves the number, so it makes sense when you read it. Each of these gets its own line on your estimate instead of being rolled into one lump sum.

We look at the roof first, then give you your quote by phone and put the full scope on paper before work is scheduled. That number holds unless you approve a change.

Size and pitch
Roofs are measured in squares, 100 square feet each. A steep roof takes more time and safety gear than a low one of the same size.
Layers coming off
If there are two layers of old shingles, both have to come off. That means more labor and more dump fees.
Decking condition
We can't see the plywood until the old roof is off. Any rotten or soft sheets get replaced, and the per-sheet price is listed ahead of time.
Shingle or metal
Your pick changes the price. Architectural shingles are the usual choice, impact-rated shingles run higher, and metal sits above both. We'll walk you through how each one stands up to hail before you choose.
Flashing, vents and details
Chimneys, skylights, valleys and wall lines all need flashing. More details on the roof means more hand work.
Permits and access
Where a permit is required, the fee goes on the estimate. Tight lots or steep drives can also affect how we stage materials.
