How a Call to Us Goes
Tell us what's going on up there. Maybe a brown spot on the ceiling, shingles out in the yard, or a gutter sagging after a storm. We'll want to know roughly when the roof went on and when the trouble started. A few things we can sort out over the phone. Otherwise we pick a day to come by.
At the visit we go up, look at the decking, flashing and vents, and take photos. Then you get a written quote that spells out the scope and what drives the price, like roof size, pitch, materials and any rot under the shingles. Nothing gets added later that wasn't on that paper. We work in Mustang and nearby towns like Yukon and Tuttle.
A Few Things That Make the Call Quicker
- The street where the house sits, plus a window of time when someone can meet us there.
- A rough year the roof went on, and any patches or repairs done since then.
- Pictures of ceiling stains, loose shingles or a bent gutter, if you've snapped any.
- When the last hail or wind came through, and whether an insurance claim is already open.
