Roofing Service Areas in Mustang and Nearby Towns

We handle roof replacement, roof repair, inspections, storm damage repair and gutter work for homeowners in Mustang and the towns around it. The process is the same everywhere. We look at the roof first, then put the scope and price factors in writing before any work starts.

Towns We Cover Around Mustang

Most of our work is right here in Mustang. We also drive out to Yukon, Tuttle, El Reno and Bethany on a regular basis. Farther east and south, we take jobs in Warr Acres, The Village, Del City, Moore, Newcastle and Blanchard. If your town is close by and not on this list, ask when you call. We'll tell you straight if it's too far for us to do the job right.

The town doesn't change how we work. Someone walks your roof, checks the decking where we can get to it, and looks at flashing, vents and gutters. We take photos so you can see what we saw. Then you get a written quote that lists the scope line by line and names what could change the price, like soft decking hiding under old shingles. If something new turns up mid-job, we stop and show you before it ever goes on the bill.

What Roofs Around Here Have in Common

  • Hail and wind

Most years, the spring thunderstorm season drops hail somewhere in the metro and pushes hard gusts through with it. Hailstones dent and crack shingles and strip off the granules that shield them from sun. Strong gusts peel up tabs and loosen ridge caps. Much of it can't be seen from your yard, so we take pictures of the damage and go over them with you before you decide on an insurance claim. We can explain how a claim usually goes, but the adjuster is the one who decides coverage.

  • Housing age

Ranch homes from the 1970s and 80s sit a few miles from subdivisions built in the last twenty years. Older homes may have two layers of shingles or plank decking, and both change the tear-off and the cost. Newer homes often have builder-grade shingles that wear out sooner than people expect. Your quote says which one applies to your home.

  • Summer heat and winter ice

Long, hot summers bake shingles from above and attics from below. Ice storms can load up gutters and push water under the first rows of shingles. We check attic ventilation and drip edge before we quote, since both affect how long a new roof lasts.

  • Permits

Rules vary from city to city. Many require a permit for a full reroof, and some want an inspection when the job is done. We find out what your city asks for. If a permit is needed, its cost shows up as its own line on your quote.
